German Magazine Depicts Trump Cutting Head Off Of Statue Of Liberty

German weekly magazine Der Spiegel depicted Donald Trump beheading the Statue of Liberty with the caption “America First”, causing some controversy. The artist, Edel Rodriguez, is a Cuban refugee who  came to the Unites States in 1980 told The Washington Post: “It’s a beheading of democracy, a beheading of a sacred symbol.”

Germany, like most countries, have become disheartened with America since the election of Donald Trump He continues to assault nearly every American allied country while propping up hostile Governments, like Russian for example.

The cover sparked debate on social media, Graf Lambsdorff, a member of Germany’s Free Democrats (FDP) and vice president of the European Parliament, described it as “tasteless”. However, many of the posts found it to be an accurate representation of how Mr. Trump’s first two weeks as President has been.

Trump Calls Unread Deal With Australia “Dumb”

In less than two weeks, Donald Trump has threatened Iran, Mexico and now Australia. Not realizing the Unites States had an arrangement with Australia regarding refugees, including children being held in detention centers on Nauru and other islands, Trump flew off the handle when he learned about it.

“Do you believe it? The Obama Administration agreed to take thousands of illegal immigrants from Australia. Why? I will study this dumb deal!”

The call lasted approximately 25 minutes and ended with an irate Trump hanging up on Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.

Subsequently, John McCain has called the Australian ambassador to express support for the ongoing negotiation. Stating that Australia has been a long time ally of the United Stats and we would like to see that continue.

Hillary Clinton: Trump would pay a lower rate than millions of middle class families

As Hillary took to the stage at a rally at a manufacturing plant in Warren, Michigan, she laid out her  plan for the economy, which is drastically different and much more optimistic than Donald Trump’s. While Mrs. Clinton claims her tax plan will benefit the middle class, she didn’t outline any specific policies, instead point at how Trump’s plan only benefits the richest Americans.

Trump “hasn’t offered any credible solutions for the very real economic challenges we face, we would allow him to pay less than half the current tax rate on income from many of his companies.  He’d pay a lower rate than millions of middle class families.”

Republicans Scramble to Stop Monster They Created

It started out as what appeared to be another whimsical run for Donald Trump, providing some entertainment value and sparring practice for real establishment candidates early on in the primaries. If 2012 was any indication, this wouldn’t last and Mr. Trump would bow out after taking a beating and fade back into civilian obscurity.

Fast forward four years and the exact same Trump is running the exact same campaign he always has, narcissistic, bombastic, provocative and insulting, only this time it has appeal to a Republican party that is so disenfranchised that they’ll take anyone who isn’t a part of the establishment. There’s a cloud of political correctness looming over the country, a trend of treating people equally, whether they’re gay, a minority or female and it’s not a part of the norm that many are used to.

After gaining steam initially in the Primary contest, Republican candidates did their best to attack him using traditional tactics, which have all backfired thus far. Much like the war with ISIS, the rules of engagement will fail against an enemy who has no rules themselves. Trump has mercilessly beaten his opponents into the ground with vicious attacks, without a care of who he takes down in the process, this appeals to his base in the same way that Biff from Back to the Future must have.

election-resultsAfter Super Tuesday, Mr. Trump leads the delegate count and has a formidable lead and unless there’s a landslide against him, his path to the nomination is almost complete. This has the Republican establishment in full on panic mode, in the last two weeks they’ve pulled out Romney to attack him on taxes and Paul Ryan to hit him on not denouncing the KKK. All of this seems to be too little, too late as it had little to no impact on the results.

Republicans now have 13 days to stop Donald Trump and it will not be an easy task with the momentum he currently has. As long as Rubio, Cruz and Carson still remain, it makes Trump’s path that much easier as they continue to split the minority share between them.

Donald Trump on Protester “I’d like to punch him in the face”

Republican front runner Donald Trump went on another tirade at a rally Monday night before the Nevada caucuses. “I’d like to punch him in the face” he said, about a man who disrupted the rally was escorted out with a smirk on his face. “He’s smiling, having a good time.” He proceeded to call him “nasty as hell” and added “in the old days they would be carried out on stretchers, we’re not allowed to push back any more.”

Rand Paul Ends Presidential Bid

Kentucky senator Rand Paul has decided to withdraw from the presidential race after a fifth-place showing in the Iowa caucuses.

“It’s been an incredible honor to run a principled campaign for the White House. Today, I will end where I began, ready and willing to fight for the cause of Liberty,”

rand-dropPaul failed to gain momentum in polling throughout the race, averaging 2.4% nationally in the latest RealClearPolitics average. He was relegated to the undercard at the Jan. 14 South Carolina debate, which he skipped, before rejoining the main stage at the Jan. 28 Des Moines debate.

Jeb Bush, Carla Fiorina and John Kasich all trailed Paul consecutively, falling bend them is Mike Huckabee and Chris Christie with 1.8% of the vote. So far, none of them have made any indication that they’re ready to drop but after New Hampshire we should see more drop as the race takes shape.

In other words.
